A small welcome basket (tea, coffee, milk, wine plus juice for children) or as requested can be added for an additional \u00a320.<\/p>\n

The price is for 4 guests only. \u00a320 per night for extra guests (up to 6 guests in total).<\/p>\n

Lockable shed available for bikes.
No smoking. No dogs.
Unfenced access to the stream. Children will need to be supervised.
Parking right next to the entrance of The Mill Barn.
Rental period: Arrive from 4pm. Depart 11am unless other time is agreed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Terms & Conditions<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

\n

Care of The Mill Barn:<\/b> You agree to keep the property and it’s content in the same condition as you found it on your arrival and shall procure that your guests also take such care.
If you or any of your guests accompanying you by act or omission causes damage to the property or it’s contents, you agree to pay upon written demand any reasonable costs incurred in making good any loss or damage.
You must ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure at the end of the rental period. We may charge you for the cost of any additional cleaning if this is reasonably considered necessary.<\/p>\n

Liability:<\/b> We shall not be under any liability to you or any of your guests accompanying you for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, expenses or inconvenience which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way connected with the rental.<\/p>\n

Use of The Mill Barn:<\/b> This agreement is for domestic purpose only and for the maximum of 4 people unless additional cost is agreed beforehand.
No smoking.
No dogs.<\/p>\n

Rental period: <\/b> Arrive from 4pm. Depart 11am unless other time is agreed closer to arrival.<\/p>\n

Payment:<\/b> A deposit of one third of the rental fee is to be paid within 2 weeks from booking the accommodation either by cheque (made out to The Mill Barn) together with the signed invoice form or as a bank transfer or by pay-pal (+4%) where the signed form can be attached to an email.
The balance to reach us either by cheque one month before arriving at The Mill Barn, (please make cheque payable to The Mill Barn) or as a bank transfer or pay-pal (+4%).
We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time if the balance is not received by the due date.
The rental price include all utility bills, linen and towels.<\/p>\n

Cancellation:<\/b> In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable if the property is not re-let for that period.<\/p>\n

Right of entry:<\/b> We reserve the right to enter The Mill Barn at all reasonable time except in an emergency where immediate access may be required for the purpose of inspection or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance. To keep up the garden we will at a convenient time do the gardening.<\/p>\n

Children:<\/b> Unfenced access to the stream. Children will need to be supervised by an adult.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
